3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Charter booking prerequisites include:

• A minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Submission of complete and accurate information
• Advance payment of the stipulated deposit as per your booking confirmation
• Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

We officially confirm your booking once we receive your payment and send you a confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to reject service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters are conditional, based on the availability of suitable vessels and favorable weather conditions. We strive to cater to your preferred scheduling wherever possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All fees are quoted in € and encompass all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. The prices can change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: An amount equal to 50% of the overall cost of the charter, payable at the time of booking
• Remaining Balance: Due 48 hours prior to the commencement of the charter
• Any additional incurred costs: Payable subsequent to the completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept several forms of payment, including significant credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and verified cheques. These transactions are processed using secure, encrypted systems.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If cancellation occurs more than 72 hours prior to departure: A full refund excluding processing charges is provided
• For cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours before departure: A 50% refund is available
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the event that the captain deems weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:

• Postpone your charter to the soonest alternative date at no extra charge
• Grant a full refund if rescheduling proves impracticable

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be mechanical issues with the designated vessel, we will endeavor to arrange a comparable replacement. If this is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

• Obey all directions provided by the crew
• Adhere to the usage of safety gear as instructed
• Inform us of any health conditions that could impact their safety
• Stay within the areas of the vessel allocated for passengers

6.2 Prohibited Items

Items that are forbidden onboard include:

• Containers made of glass
• Illegal substances
• Weapons, including firearms
• Beverages in excess (beyond reasonable consumption)
• Animals (except if prior permission has been granted)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should maintain a considerate demeanor. A charter may be prematurely terminated without refund if a passenger's conduct is unsafe or disrupts the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the total you have spent on your charter. We are not accountable for:

• Injuries sustained due to the passenger’s negligence
• Personal property loss or damage
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Delays arising from weather or circumstances that are out of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We ensure to maintain comprehensive insurance coverage that safeguards our vessels and operations. It's the responsibility of passengers to have their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You accept that participating in marine activities comes with inherent risks and agree to bear responsibility for your safety and actions.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to modify itineraries, travel routes, and schedules due to various considerations such as weather, safety, or operational requirements. We will endeavor to provide similar alternative experiences when changes occur.

9. Force Majeure

We cannot be held liable for alterations or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control, which may include, but are not limited to:
